Awesome place we get the best prices for our fluffy babies!!! The staff there is super helpful and knowledgeable. They also have grooming and live small pets.
Pet Supplies Plus is the best pet store around. They have great prices and the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. They seem to love their jobs. Customer service alone deserves 10 stars!! We moved away from the area, but still drive out to Dekalb Pike just to go to this store.
I buy cat stuff here. They've got food and toys for pretty much all your basic pets as well as some for reptiles. The employees have always been friendly. They have some small animals here, like fish, birds, and occasionally gerbils, or guinea pigs. They can custom engrave animal tags for collars with a very easy-to-use machine. The conditions the fish are kept in can be a little crowded or too small sometimes, but otherwise a nice store.
This store is closing soon and I am so sad to hear about that. The regular employees were always so knowledgeable and helpful. The store was large enough to hold aisles for almost every type of household pet. If I needed something for my fish, my dog or my new kitten Binx...they most likely had what I was looking for. And, they have a grooming salon here too. I think local people counted on this store as the one to go to in the area so it is upsetting that they are closing their doors. Now, I'll go to Lansdale possibly. It closes soon so try to go - there are still fish and things.
Today we adopted a beautiful dog. The staff at the Blue Bell store were so wonderful! They went above and beyond for us! Huge thanks to Bill and the rest of the staff. You're knowledge and kindness are much appreciated!
