While my particular doctor, Joanna Connolly, is excellent, my experiences with her office since she joined this practice are absolutely awful. I chose this doctor because her practice was close to my home; she has since moved offices twice, each time considerably further away. It is nearly impossible to find contact information about the newest office online, particularly if one searches for the DOCTOR's name, rather than the PRACTICE name. This became a major problem when I could not find the office the first time I was scheduled for an appointment there -- no amount of searching the web or calling 411 from my cell turned up a number I could call to ask for directions.
I have been going to them since a teenager. Rachel is really great I have no complaints. Sometimes the wait can be a bit much but I've learned to schedule appt' during non-busy hours.
I have been seen by Chestnut Hill OB GYN Physicians for over 20 years. The practice relocated and did not notify patients. The practice did not send "reminders" to its patients to schedule annual check-ups. Each time I have called the practice, I have been told that its "computers are down" and they will have to get back to me to schedule appointments, etc. Then I end up having to call the office anyway. The practice is in serious need of a decent office manager and the staff with some interface-training.
The practice DOES NOT send reminder postcards and DOES NOT make reminder phone calls, which is enormously inconvenient. I would recommend Joanna Connolly very highly, but this practice and their office policies are terrible.
They suck in terms of scheduling I am going back as they could not see me during my last appointment after over an hour of waiting
