I have been going here to send packages and have documents notarized for over a year. I have never had a bad experience or arrived at 9am to find them closed. When I go, it's in and out and the owner is very nice and social. I go out of my way to go there passing the ups store on Germantown pike which is a disaster.
Rachel is right . Copies are very very expensive as compare to other UPS store. Usually i paid $21 for 294 copies to other UPS but i paid $44.10 at Blue bell UPS for the same copies. This store charge 15 cent per copy and other UPS store near by area ( 3-6 miles away ) charge just 6 cent or 7 cent per copy. When asked the lady about why your store charge more than double, she said that depend on store to store. There was other person , dont know who (staff or customer) , in the waiting area , looks very high , said its Blue bell area that's why i have to pay more here. I will suggest plz check the price and compare before you purchase any items. Don't do copies there. You can save more than 50% with nearest UPS.
Why would your manager tell me to go to USPS to get the problem resolved when she knew I didn't have a valid tracking number?
My wife was the woman. Your employee told my daughter and wife that it would be receivedt by Wednesday, not that it would go to customs in 2 days. No mention of not being able to give her a tracking number, handed her the receipt and they left. The only thing they mentioned was that is was cheaper to go to USPS directly. Either your employee is incompetent or a liar.
The computer printing is way over priced and the clerk was not helpful at all. I was charged $3.03 to print two sheets of paper. I was charged an extra 15 cents (directly to my debit card) for one blank page because as the clerk told me AFTER the fact, "sometimes when you print something from a phone, it does that". I can't believe there was an automatic $2.50 charge just to sign on. All UPS stores do not do this!! Do not go here to print. This is a sham! I am disgusted!
My daughter mailed a box priority military service and they gave her a receipt without a tracking number. Box wasn’t delivered and the manager won’t help. Told me I need to go the local post office, even though it was mailed from there. Horrible customer service!!! Would avoid like the plague.
